Cancellation Policy

BOOKING POLICY All bookings with **Love, Luna Events** are subject to availability and are not secured until your booking has been approved and the required deposit has been paid. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance must be paid in full 14 days prior to your event. Bookings made within 14 days of an event may require full payment at the time of confirmation. Prices include travel within 60km of Heddon Greta, NSW. Travel outside this area will incur an additional travel fee, calculated based on distance. For locations requiring significant travel, accommodation may also be required at the client's expense. Any applicable travel or accommodation costs will be confirmed before your booking is finalised. Changes to your event date, time, venue or selected hire items are subject to availability and must be approved by Love, Luna Events. Additional charges may apply. The client is responsible for providing accurate event and venue information and ensuring suitable access, space and power are available for setup and operation of the hired equipment. A security bond/card authorisation is required prior to the event. The client is responsible for loss, theft or damage to Love, Luna Events equipment caused by the client or their guests during the hire period. Setup and pack down are completed by Love, Luna Events and are not included in your booked operating/hire time unless otherwise stated. Cancellations, rescheduling, damage, travel and other booking conditions are subject to our full Terms & Conditions. By submitting a booking and paying the required deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Love, Luna Events Booking Policy and Terms & Conditions.
