Thank you for choosing Love, Luna Events! By making a booking and paying your booking deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability.
A $100 booking deposit is required to secure your event date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received and confirmation has been provided by Love, Luna Events.
The $100 booking deposit forms part of the total cost of your booking and will be deducted from the remaining balance.
The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and will be considered the hirer/client for the purposes of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Final Payment
The remaining balance of your booking must be paid in full 14 days before your event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Bookings made within 14 days of the event date must be paid in full at the time of booking.
If payment is not received by the due date, Love, Luna Events will attempt to contact you. If payment remains outstanding, we reserve the right to cancel the booking, subject to applicable consumer law.
Any agreed additional charges, including additional hire time, travel fees, package upgrades or add-ons, will be added to your booking.

3. Security Bond
A refundable security bond applies to our hire equipment.
The standard bonds are:

• Photo Booth – $200

• 360 Booth – $200

• Love Notes Audio Guestbook hired individually – $100

• Booth + Love Notes package – $200 total bond

Only one bond will apply where multiple Love, Luna Events products are booked together unless otherwise advised before booking.
The security bond must be paid or authorised within 7 days before your event.
Where a temporary card pre-authorisation is used, the bond amount may appear as a pending hold on the client's card but will not be captured unless an amount becomes payable under these Terms & Conditions.
Following the event, the authorisation will be released where there is no damage, loss, theft, missing equipment, excessive cleaning or other applicable charge.
If any amount is to be captured or deducted, Love, Luna Events will advise the client of the reason and the reasonable cost involved.
Where the reasonable cost of repair, replacement or other applicable loss exceeds the security bond, the client may be responsible for the additional reasonable amount.
Normal wear and tear will not be charged.

4. Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. All cancellations must be provided to Love, Luna Events in writing.
More than 30 days before your event
Your $100 booking deposit will generally be retained to cover reasonable administration, preparation and loss associated with reserving your date.
Any additional amounts paid will be refunded, less any other reasonable non-recoverable costs already incurred specifically for your booking.
14–30 days before your event
A cancellation charge of up to 50% of the total booking price may apply where this reasonably reflects the loss and costs incurred as a result of the cancellation.
Less than 14 days before your event
Up to the full booking amount may be retained or payable where this reasonably reflects the loss incurred, including circumstances where the date cannot reasonably be rebooked.
Any cancellation amount charged will be subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law and will not exceed the reasonable loss or costs associated with the cancellation.
Nothing in this cancellation policy limits any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Rescheduling
We understand that sometimes an event needs to be moved.
Where a request to reschedule is made more than 30 days before the original event date, we will allow one change of date without an additional rescheduling fee, subject to availability.
Your existing booking deposit and payments will be transferred to the new date.
The new event date must be mutually agreed upon and is subject to availability.
Requests made within 30 days of the event will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
If Love, Luna Events is unavailable for the requested replacement date, the booking will be treated in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.

6. Travel & Accommodation
Your package includes travel within 60km of Heddon Greta, NSW.
Events located more than 60km from Heddon Greta will incur an additional travel fee. This will be calculated based on the additional return travel required and discussed with you before your booking is confirmed.
For longer-distance bookings where an overnight stay is required due to the event location, travel distance or event finish time, suitable accommodation will be required at the client's expense.
Additional reasonable costs may also apply for paid parking, tolls, venue access fees or other special access requirements.
Please provide an accurate event address when making your booking so all applicable travel costs can be confirmed prior to payment.

7. Venue Access & Setup
The client is responsible for ensuring Love, Luna Events has suitable access to the venue with enough time to safely set up and pack down our equipment.
Please let us know before your event about:

• Stairs or difficult access

• Limited loading zones

• Long distances between parking and the setup location

• Venue access restrictions

• Required bump-in/bump-out times

• Parking restrictions or fees

• Special venue requirements

The client is responsible for obtaining permission from the venue for our equipment to be installed and operated.
A safe, suitable and reasonably level area must be provided for the equipment.
Where power is required, access to a safe and suitable power supply must be available.

8. Hire & Operating Time
Your package includes the operating time stated on your booking confirmation.
Setup and pack down are not included in your advertised booth operating time, unless otherwise stated.
For example, a two-hour booth booking provides two hours of booth operation once the agreed service time begins.
Additional hire time may be purchased, subject to availability.
If you would like to extend the booth during your event, please speak with our attendant. Extensions are subject to availability and additional charges.

9. Photo Booth Use
Guests must use the Photo Booth and associated equipment appropriately and follow any instructions provided by Love, Luna Events staff.
Children must be appropriately supervised by a responsible adult.
Guests must not intentionally move, climb on, interfere with or damage the booth, printer, camera, lighting, backdrop or associated equipment.
Love, Luna Events reserves the right to temporarily pause operation if the equipment is being misused or there is a reasonable safety concern.
Unlimited prints are available during the booked operating period, subject to normal operation of the printer and reasonable guest use.

10. 360 Booth Use
For the safety of guests and our equipment, all instructions provided by the 360 Booth attendant must be followed.
Guests must remain within the safe operating area and must not intentionally interfere with the rotating arm or equipment.
Children must be appropriately supervised.
Love, Luna Events may refuse or stop use where a person is behaving dangerously, is unable to safely use the equipment, or their behaviour presents a reasonable risk to themselves, other guests, staff or equipment.

11. Love Notes Audio Guestbook
Our Love Notes Audio Guestbook allows your guests to leave recorded messages for you throughout your event.
Guests are responsible for the content of the messages they record, and Love, Luna Events is not responsible for inappropriate or offensive messages left by guests.
We take reasonable care when handling and transferring recordings.
As with all electronic equipment, technical issues can occasionally occur. If a technical issue affects your recordings or service, we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy having regard to the circumstances and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

12. Digital Files & Recordings
Where included in your package, digital Photo Booth images, 360 Booth videos and Love Notes Audio Guestbook recordings will be provided to the client via a private digital download link.
We aim to provide digital files within 7 days following your event.
Love Notes recordings may also be provided on a keepsake USB where this has been purchased or included as part of your booking.
Clients are responsible for downloading and safely storing their files once they have been provided.
Love, Luna Events will aim to retain a backup copy of digital files and recordings for 30 days after delivery. After this period, files may be permanently deleted and cannot be guaranteed to be recoverable.
While we take reasonable care when capturing, storing and transferring digital files, technical issues can occasionally occur. Where a technical issue affects the delivery or availability of your files, we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy having regard to the circumstances and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

13. Damage, Loss & Cleaning
The client agrees to take reasonable care of all Love, Luna Events equipment during the hire period.
The client may be responsible for reasonable repair, replacement or cleaning costs where equipment is damaged, lost or requires excessive cleaning as a result of misuse, negligence, deliberate damage or the actions of the client or their guests.
This may include damage to:

• Booth equipment

• Cameras

• Printers

• Lighting

• 360 Booth equipment

• Audio Guestbook equipment

• Props

• Backdrops

• Signs

• Cables and accessories

Normal wear and tear will not be charged.
Where a claim against the security bond is required, Love, Luna Events will provide details of the reason and amount deducted.

14. Outdoor Events & Weather
Outdoor bookings must be discussed with Love, Luna Events before the event.
Depending on the equipment being hired, suitable shelter, stable ground and access to safe power may be required.
Our electrical and photographic equipment cannot be exposed to unsafe weather conditions, including rain, excessive wind or other conditions that could reasonably cause injury or damage.
If conditions become unsafe, Love, Luna Events may pause or stop operation until it is safe to continue.
Where possible, we will work with the client and venue to relocate the booth to a suitable undercover or indoor area.
Clients organising an outdoor event are strongly encouraged to have a suitable wet-weather backup location.

15. Technical Difficulties
We maintain and test our equipment and take reasonable steps to ensure everything is working correctly before your event.
Technology can occasionally experience unexpected issues.
If a technical issue occurs during your event, our attendant will make reasonable efforts to rectify the problem as quickly as possible.
If a significant part of the booked service cannot be provided due to an issue within our control, we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy having regard to the circumstances and Australian Consumer Law.

16. Delays
Please ensure the venue and setup area are accessible at the agreed time.
If operation is delayed due to Love, Luna Events, we will make reasonable efforts to provide the full booked operating time.
If setup or operation is delayed due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including venue access restrictions or the setup area not being ready, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the delay.
However, we cannot guarantee that operating time can be extended where this would interfere with venue requirements, another booking or circumstances outside our control.
Where the booked start time is delayed at the request of the client, venue or event schedule, the original booked finish time will generally remain unchanged unless an extension has been agreed upon and is available. Additional operating time may incur an additional charge.

17. Guest Behaviour
Love, Luna Events wants everyone to have a fun and safe experience.
Abusive, threatening, aggressive or unsafe behaviour towards our staff will not be tolerated.
Our attendant may temporarily stop the booth if they reasonably believe there is a risk to guests, staff or equipment.
In serious circumstances, operation may be discontinued where continuing would create an unreasonable safety risk.

18. Photos, Videos & Social Media
Love, Luna Events may photograph or record our booth setup, styling or equipment at events for portfolio and promotional purposes.
Where identifiable guests are the focus of promotional content, we will seek appropriate permission before intentionally publishing that content.
If you do not want your event setup photographed or shared on Love, Luna Events social media or marketing materials, please let us know before your event.

19. Props & Personal Items
Props supplied by Love, Luna Events remain the property of Love, Luna Events.
Please encourage guests to return props to the designated booth area after use.
Clients are welcome to discuss supplying their own personalised props before the event.
Love, Luna Events is not responsible for personal items left at or around the booth.

20. Circumstances Outside Our Reasonable Control
Sometimes circumstances arise that neither the client nor Love, Luna Events can reasonably control.
These may include severe weather, emergencies, road closures, venue closures, widespread power outages or other unexpected events.
If such circumstances prevent the booking from proceeding as planned, we will work with you in good faith to find a reasonable solution, which may include relocation, rescheduling, a credit or refund where appropriate.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply.

21. Cancellation by Love, Luna Events
In the unlikely event that Love, Luna Events needs to cancel your booking and we cannot provide the booked service or agree on a suitable alternative arrangement, any amounts paid for services that will not be supplied will be refunded as required by Australian Consumer Law.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible and assist with alternative arrangements where possible.

22. Australian Consumer Law
These Terms & Conditions operate alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified.

23. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with your booking and paying the required booking deposit, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.

• You agree to the booking, payment, bond and cancellation conditions.

• You are authorised to make the booking.

• You accept responsibility for communicating relevant requirements to your venue where necessary.
